| This is our Nema 4 Stainless Steel disconnect unit. It is designed to prompt discussion of interlocks on doors as well
as safe work practices in regards to tools and PPE when preparing to open a live disconnect, or verify power off on a disconnect
that has been turned off. We teach voltage verification, lock out tag out, approach boundaries and other important topics using these versatile
multi task demo boards.
The AC drive can be used for drive training modules where basic configuration of the drive as well as safety when working with power conversion equipment. Motors are provided with Twist Lock cord body/cap to allow quick disconnect of the motor from the drive. Note the push button station and speed potentiometer. This is designed to allow the student to configure his/her drive for keypad speed and control. remote start/local speed with the keypad or full remote start and speed with the pushbutton station and speed potentiometer provided. 4 wire 20 Amp 480V twistlock cord caps, bodies and pigtails are provided for pre-wiring and on site ease of hookup. |
